Cleaning:

For sewer and drain cleaning applications, 6” through 60” pipelines, CPI Utility Service utilizes a 2004 STERLING VAC-CON COMBINATION MACHINE equipped with vacuum and high- pressure water jetting systems. The combination unit is capable of jetting@ 60 GPM @3,000 PSI powered by a 130 hp turbo charged and aftercooled Cummins engine. ‘The vacuum system is a 3 stage centrifugal compressor rated @ 8000 CFM driven hydrostatically by the chassis engine and is capable of lifting a 200” column of water.

The unit is equipped with a front mounted rotating hose reel with 600’ of 1” hose and 6’ telescopic hydraulic boom, allowing 270 degrees of rotation around the truck which creates outstanding maneuverability and productivity This feature allows us to clean multiple inlets without relocating the vehicle. Additional equipment includes a side mounted reel with 500’ of ½” hose for cleaning 6” and smaller lines, and delivers 25 GPM @3000 PSI. This versatility provides the ultimate combination for our clients regardless of pipeline size.

CPI Utility Service, lnc. is a member of the California Water Environment Association and our technicians are certified in Collection System Maintenance by the CWEA. Our technicians have also completed extensive training for confined space operations and are certified in both Confined Space Entry and rescue procedures.

Our US Jetting trailer unit for “LIMITED ACCESS” APPLICATIONS delivers 18 gallons per minute @ 4,000 PSI. The unit is easily maneuvered to almost any location. The versatility of the unit allows remote access to clean out locations 250’ away, providing unparalleled mobility for the most remote cleaning operations. Additional 3/8” hose can be added for the cleaning of 1-1/2” and 2” lines when necessary.

Both units are equipped with high performance nozzles for the removal of grease, root intrusion, sand, gravel, or other types of debris. We also provide specialized services to remove concrete and slurry from within the pipeline. In most cases we can reinstate the flow with technically advanced Milling Heads saving thousands of dollars in costly sanitary and storm drain line replacement!
